    Residents can have their say on proposals for a new masterplan to underpin sweeping changes to Perry Barr as part of ongoing £700 million regeneration works.

    The masterplan area covers Perry Park, the new residential area of Perry Bar Village, Perry Barr Urban Centre including One Stop shopping centre and Birchfield Gateway, Perry Hall Park and Walsall Road.
