The finalists in the 2019 ProCon Leicestershire property and construction awards were showcased at an event at Winstanley House Hotel, in Leicester, itself an award winner in 2018.
ProCon members and the awards sponsors were invited to meet the people behind the finalist projects, which include a church, schools and a city street.
The event was sponsored by Fusion Electrics, whose business development director Joanne Skinner said: “We are very pleased to be supporting the ProCon Awards for our second year.
“The showcase shines a spotlight on a wide variety of excellent projects from across Leicestershire and Rutland. Good luck to all of them.”
ProCon Leicestershire chair Pam Allardice said: “It was great to see so many people attend the showcase.
“Our thanks go to our sponsor, Fusion Electrics, for the opportunity for members and finalists to meet and find out more about their projects.
“I don’t know how they do it, but every year they make our judges’ jobs more difficult. To get to the final stages is a real achievement in itself.”

Seventeen new, refurbished and extended buildings and infrastructure projects are in the running to be named winners in the 17th annual ProCon Leicestershire Awards.
Five photographs by four photographers are competing in the category for the best Architectural Image of the Year.
They and the developers, architects, contractors and consultants who worked on the projects will find out on November 14 if they have won a coveted award.
