Tech firm Fujitsu has secured a lease deal on new office space in Solihull.
The global company has agreed terms on 17,500 sq ft of space in Blake House, in Coventry Road next to Birmingham Airport.
Fujitsu has relocated from nearby Birmingham Business Park.
The letting to Fujitsu comes alongside several other business relocations recently including ABP Food Group, Allianz Financial Services and Robert Half Recruitment.

Joint leasing agencies Savills and JLL completed the Fujitsu deal on behalf of the landlord.
Jonathan Carmalt, director with JLL, said: "The letting at Blake House further adds to the robust recovery for the M42 and Solihull office market which has seen improved activity and a rise in demand from professional services and technology, media and telecoms occupiers.
"We are seeing a reduction in levels of availability and where landlords are investing capital to improve their buildings, rents continue to increase."
