Four companies have signed tenancy agreements on the ninth floor of one of Cardiff’s largest office buildings.

Multi-let Brunel House, situated on Fitzalan Road and next door to Queen Street station, has let around 4,000 sq ft of its 225,000 sq ft office space to the four new tenants.

The agreements were made by property consultancies Knight Frank and Cooke & Arkwright, who are joint letting agents on the office building and act on behalf of landlord Castleforge.

Among the companies signed up is IT infrastructure recruitment specialist Franklin Fitch Recruitment which expanded into the 1,162 sq ft suite six on a two-year lease agreement.

Procurement and online store systems developer Mercateo º£½ÇÊÓƵ has signed a five-year lease for the 990 sq ft suite three, while JCP Solicitors has taken the 1,044 sq ft suite nine on a three-year lease.

Website designer Imaginet has taken the 850 sq ft suite five on a three-year lease.

Already occupied by household names including Starling Bank, Countrywide Lawyers and Regus, the building provides 24-hour on-site security and crèche facilities.

There is also the Clockwise business centre for smaller occupiers seeking co-working spaces.
