"Our investment in this modern workspace underscores our unwavering dedication to growth, innovation and strengthening our ties with the local community.

"We look forward to the exciting opportunities that lie ahead as we continue to expand our presence in Birmingham and beyond."

Erin McGee, workspace manager at CEG, added: "It's fantastic to welcome the Firstsource team to Tricorn House.

"We've seen increasing demand for fully furnished space as well as a growing trend for us to deliver bespoke design and fitout solutions for our tenants."

Dan White, head of flex advisory for the Midlands for property consultancy CBRE, advised CEG on the deal.

He said: "This is the largest landlord-delivered deal of its type in Birmingham to date and heralds a new dawn for landlord-occupier relations in the city.

"While in the US it's common for a landlord to deliver a fully fitted product, with the costs amortised in the lease, in the º£½ÇÊÓƵ a more traditional lease structure is the default. This is starting to change."
