The first phase of a new apartment development in Birmingham has been completed.
A total of 279 apartments to rent across four blocks have been built as part of the The Bath House complex in Bromsgrove Street.
It also has a multi-purpose reception lounge, work-from-home space, gym, golf simulator, yoga studio, gaming room, external courtyard, a kitchen for private hire and a dining area.
A further 127 units are due to be completed by the end of this year at the 2.25-acre site, marking the completion of The Bath House project whose buildings range from seven to 18 storeys.

The project was first unveiled in 2017 and is being led by Edmond de Rothschild Real Estate Investment Management.
The Bath House will also be managed and operated by Edmond de Rothschild's in-house private rental sector platform.
Separately, the company has completed 359 apartments at its Steelworks scheme in Warrington.

The Bath House has been constructed on the site of the former Kent Street Baths which opened in 1852 as the first public swimming facility and wash house provided by the Birmingham Baths Committee.
In 1930, the older structures were demolished to make way for a new building containing swimming pools and Turkish and Russian baths but these closed and became derelict before being demolished.
