How the new student accommodation could look

New images have been released of a £30 million student flats development in Leicester.

Now Study Inn has unveiled a new CGI image showing the development could look.

The seven-story student block will contain 267 bedrooms which will be a mixture of studios and en-suite serviced apartments.

The building is just a three-minute walk from De Montford University's main campus.

Construction on the multi-million pound scheme - which see the overall square footage of Reynard House increased by 50 per cent to 73, 550 sq ft - is well underway, with opening scheduled for September 2022.
