An IT firm is to become the first tenant to move into a new Leicestershire office complex – with more companies set to follow.

Kryton IT Solutions is set to move into the Harborough Grow-on Centre (HGC), in Market Harborough.

The scheme, which offers office suites ranging in size from around 500 sq ft to 2,100 sq ft, has been devised by Harborough District Council.

And according to the authority, several other companies are actively discussing accommodation options and lease terms with the council.

HGC is an energy-efficient, high-specification office building, designed for growing small and medium-sized businesses.

Darren Shaw, sales director at Krypton IT Solutions, said: “We’re very excited to be opening a new branch in Market Harborough at the newly opened Grow-on Centre due to our continued growth. It is great to be the first company in the building.”

Councillor Phil King, leader of Harborough District Council, said: “We’re very pleased to welcome Krypton IT Solutions as first tenants in the Harborough Grow-on Centre.

“This move, together with the success of businesses and town centres reopening across the district, is a huge step forward in the recovery of our district.”
