Facelift for Birmingham office block

36 Great Charles Street is now sporting a revamped interior and has welcomed a string of new leases

Estilo Interiors has carried out a refurbishment project at 36 Great Charles Street in Birmingham

A Birmingham office block has undergone a facelift project. Estilo Interiors has conducted a fit out project at 36 Great Charles Street to revamp more than 6,000 sq ft of space.

The work covered the ground floor reception area and sixth and seventh floors of the building.

Estilo Interiors carried out the ten-week project on behalf of London-based landlord AR&V Investments which purchased the site a year ago.

Love Finance, a business finance company and tenant at 36 Great Charles Street, agreed to take space on the sixth floor of the building, adding to existing offices there.

Three other occupiers have also taken new leases, either expanding or as new tenants. They are sustainability practice SLR Consulting, recruitment firm ASC Connections and Back 2 Work Complete Training.

Andrew Moore, founder and managing director of Birmingham-based Estilo Interiors, said: "We are delighted to have played a role in enhancing some of the vacant spaces at 36 Great Charles Street."

Phin Leslau, asset manager at AR&V Investments, added: "Securing tenancies on both spaces before completion is testament to Birmingham's strong appetite for high-quality office space with flexible terms and also to Estilo's superb standard of work.
