A Birmingham office has undergone a facelift project.
Consultancy Harris Lamb has carried out the £167,000 redevelopment work on behalf of Norton Insurance in Lyndon House, Hagley Road.
Norton Insurance took on the whole of the seventh and part of the sixth floor of the property and tasked Harris Lamb with overseeing the design and fit out of the space.
The five-week project saw the creation of new-look offices, meeting rooms, executive office, boardroom and two kitchen areas.
Lachlan Macphail, graduate building surveyor with Harris Lamb, said: "Norton Insurance wanted a new office space capable of delivering optimal connectivity, maintaining operational efficiency and good working environment to suit the business' requirement.
"With the space being configured to accommodate around 70 people, it needed to be spacious, stylish and suitable for the needs of all employees and visitors.
"We're extremely pleased with the completed project which hit the brief as well as meeting Norton Insurance's requested delivery time and budget."
Norton Insurance's head of HR Rebecca Knowles added: "We are delighted with the end result, which provides a comfortable and contemporary environment for our business."
