Leeds-based commercial property investor Eshton Group has swooped for a 12,000 sq ft unit in the city.
The latest in a series of acquisitions has seen the Dolly Lane property taken on, in an undisclosed deal.
Currently occupied by Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust on a three-year lease, it sits just over the road from St James’ University Hospital and a mile from Leeds General Infirmary, providing a prime facility for the storage of emergency medical equipment and supplies including vital PPE.
Eshton director, Jonathan Chapman said: “Despite the impact Covid-19 has had on many sectors within the 海角视频, lots of businesses are focused on their recovery and are making proactive movements to source facilities that meet their new needs – whether that’s acquiring additional storage space or opening entirely new premises to drive forward expansion plans.

The property is split between a 7,500 sq ft warehouse and more than 4,500 sq ft of modern office space across two floors.
