º£½ÇÊÓƵ engineering consultancy Waterman Group has moved into new offices in Bristol. The company has taken 3,000 sq ft of refurbished office space at Linear Park on Avon Street. The firm was previously based at Merchants House in Wapping Wharf.
The Linear Park building has recently undergone a programme of investment by owners Epic.
Waterman Group’s chief operating officer, Neil Humphrey, said: “I’m delighted that we’ve secured our new home at Bristol’s Linear Park.
"This inspiring workplace is a perfect fit for our people-focussed, collaborative culture, and reflects our continued growth and commitment to further strengthening our presence in this region, where we’re delivering a full range of engineering and environmental services.â€
Property consultants Fisher German negotiated the deal on behalf of Waterman Group. David Laws, partner at Fisher German, said: “This move by Waterman Group will provide the team with an enhanced office environment in a highly sought-after location in Bristol. The relocation further illustrates the increasing narrative of ‘less space, but better quality’ from occupiers across regional office markets."

The deal saw Waterman Group reduce its floor space to secure offices in a more sustainable building, which it said was more "closely aligned" to its corporate ESG agenda.
JLL acted for landlords Epic during the transaction. Hannah Waterhouse, director of office agency at JLL, added: “We are pleased that Waterman chose to relocate to Linear Park – a testament to the investment our client Epic has made in the building over recent years in order to improve its ESG credentials and occupier experience.â€
