A supplier of electronic and tech goods is relocating to a new home seven times larger than its current premises in Birmingham.

Box, which sells consumer products such as tablets, computers, printers and phones, will move from Minworth to a new 119,000 sq ft warehouse on St Modwen Park in Tamworth after outgrowing its previous base.

The new facility gives the company extensive new warehousing space, larger open-plan offices and meeting rooms and greater parking for employees and customers.

It also has space for a display showroom and a click-and-collect service point.

St Modwen Park covers 32 acres next to the M42 and Box is occupying the fourth and final phase building to be developed there, with the move due to complete by the summer.

The business was founded by chief executive Mark Jordan in 1996 and now employs more than 100 people.

He said: "We're extremely proud of what we've been able to achieve from our base in Minworth.
