These latest lettings bring its occupancy on the 320,143 sq ft Granada Trading Estate to around 195,000 sq ft where it manufactures more than 200,000 mattresses and 160,000 beds a year.
Separately, bathroom products manufacturer Jetman has signed a lease for 7,392 sq ft.
The landlord was represented by property consultancies Knight Frank and Cosnett Price.
Edward Kennerley, associate in Knight Frank's industrial and logistics division in Birmingham, said: "These lettings demonstrate the strength of the industrial and logistics market in the West Midlands and the desire for units in the strategically important Black Country."
