A newly renovated office building in Birmingham has secured its latest tenants.

A deal has been agreed at Lyndon House, in Hagley Road, with independent insurance start-up The Bletchley Group which has taken 753 sq ft of space on the fourth floor of the building.

It will be joined by IT company Moremicro which will relocate from its current office in Islington Row to occupy a 2,088 sq ft space on the 14th floor.

The 16-storey building in Edgbaston was acquired by Birmingham-based property group SevenCapital in 2017 and has since undergone a renovation and now has an upgraded reception and gym for tenants.

Director Simon Dicken said: "These two lettings demonstrate the unwavering appetite within Birmingham to keep business moving and get back to the office where it is safe to do so.

"Measures are in place to ensure safe working for our new and existing tenants.

"While we still have a little work left to complete, the majority of the building has now been refurbished and upgraded to cater to businesses of all sizes and we are actively working to secure further lets over the coming months."
