The lettings come after the park's owner, Birmingham-based Mercia Real Estate, carried out an extensive refurbishment programme across the 60,353 sq ft of accommodation in Saltbrook Road.

Asset and estate manager Marta Langman said: "The refurbishment and improvements were undertaken as part of our active management programme.

"We are thrilled to have let these last two remaining units and welcome Oakes Leisure and Ferre º£½ÇÊÓƵ to Saltbrook Estate."

Harvey Pearson, director at Hexagon which is the letting agency for the site, added: "We are delighted to have got the estate to full occupancy.

"We have really enjoyed working with Mercia to bring this estate back to life and push rents on. Occupier demand for good-quality stock in the Black Country remains strong."
