Situated close to retail and leisure complex Tower Park, the firm’s new 21,602 sq ft premises includes a two-storey office block and a workshop.

Property consultants Vail Williams led on the deal on behalf of the landlord.

Mario Morilla, the company’s managing director, said: “Demand for CT Production’s products, in the Ƶ and internationally, has happily meant relocation to larger premises was required. We are grateful to Vail Williams for making the lease process a smooth one and look forward to continuing to grow the business in our new HQ at 20 Broom Road in Poole.

“My commitment to increasing our capabilities through new technology and building our team, will ensure that we are always ahead of our competitors, our new premises being a visible statement of our ambition. I am passionate about ensuring that the values of CT Production are maintained and strengthened whilst continuing to embrace new concepts.”

David Cowling, a partner at Vail Williams based at firm’s Bournemouth office, said: “The lease signing represents one of the largest industrial property deals of its kind in Dorset this year and shows the importance of manufacturing in the BCP conurbation – 20 Broom Road will serve as CT Production’s new head office, the company having outgrown its original premises.”

Vail Williams added that it had also been instructed to market a 44,151 sq ft warehouse neighbouring CT Production’s new head office on Broom Road.
