A Birmingham office block has welcomed a new tenant. Marketing agency The Demand Generation Team has taken space at Grosvenor House in St Paul's Square.

Founded nearly four years ago by chief executive Helen Brookes, the agency offers services such as marketing campaigns, digital marketing, branding, search engine optimisation and social media.

She said: "As an ambitious digital marketing agency which is always looking to make an impact with our clients, it was important that we secured an office that we could truly put our stamp on and be proud of.

"Grosvenor House offers us an established location and facilities, a great base to host our growing client list and access to Birmingham's growing digital talent pool.

"We are exceptionally excited to begin our journey with Grosvenor House and settle into our new home."

Holly Mourbey, sales and marketing manager at Grosvenor House, added: "It is fantastic to have The Demand Generation Team take up permanent residence at Grosvenor House.

"They are our own outsourced marketing team so it is fantastic to have them on site, allowing us to work closely to achieve our mutual business goals.
