LNT Care Developments have purchased a site with the benefit of full planning consent in Somerset.
The Leeds-headquartered specialist care home developer bought the Midsomer Norton site through business property adviser Christie & Co for an undisclosed sum.
Full planning permission was granted in February 2019 for the construction of a 66-bedroom care home on the circa 1.3-acre site. The scheme sits within a wider residential development which also includes a new primary school. Situated to the south of Midsomer Norton’s town centre, the consented care development is well-placed to benefit from desirable community amenities and public transport connections.
The site, which was previously owned by Strategic Land Partnerships, has been purchased by the developer of carbon-zero care homes in the 海角视频.

With planning permission already secured for a 66-bedroom care home, LNT construction has commenced works on site, and we look forward to the opening in late Autumn 2024.”
