A managed office complex created inside a former Rolls-Royce factory in Derby has achieved almost full occupancy.
Marble Hall, part of the Connect Derby managed workspace scheme, was created out of the engineering giant’s former works in Nightingale Road.
Opened in 2016 following a £4 million refurbishment, the Grade II-listed building is now home to a number of SMEs and start-ups.

Since opening bosses at Connect Derby have reported that Marble Hall has grown in popularity - and today, the complex has an occupancy rate of 93%.
The building includes 42 high-spec offices, ranging in size from 100 sq ft to 800 sq ft. It also features a penthouse suite, which is home to commercial photographers Cactus Images.
As well as providing workspace, Marble Hall has complimentary facilities, including a day nursery and a training cafe.
Ann Bhatti, head of Connect Derby, said: “To achieve almost maximum capacity, particularly in the current uncertain economic climate, is tremendous and reflects the hard work put in every day by the Connect Derby team.
“The day nursery has proved particularly successful, which is good news for the whole community.”

It aims to provides micro businesses, entrepreneurs and SMEs with the high specification working environment, IT infrastructure and business support they need to grow and develop.
