Derby business park full after double deal

Final two lettings secured on Dunstall Park

Units 31-33 and units 34-36, Dunstall Park, Derby

The final remaining space on a Derbyshire industrial park has been let following a brace of deals.

Totalling 31,500 sq ft, two units on Dunstall Park will be occupied by West Midlands outfit Advanced Maintenance Supplies and Derby-based Riverside Medical Packaging.

Halesowen-based Advanced Maintenance Supplies sells engineering products while Riverside Medical Packaging specialises in complex medical device manufacture, medical packaging and contract fulfilment.

Dunstall Park occupies a former Rolls-Royce car park site on seven acres in Ascot Drive, south of Derby city centre, as part of the Osmaston Park Industrial Estate.

Derby-based Ivygrove Development led the construction of the park while Salloway Property Consultants secured the two tenants to complete leasing of the space.

Salloway's surveyor Hugo Beresford said: "I am delighted that we have been able to attract two high-calibre tenants to complete the final furlong.

"In tandem with Ivygrove, we were able to agree terms early enough in the construction process in order to meet the tenants' requirements for slightly larger units than those initially planned."
