A company specialising in mergers, acquisitions and investments has opened a new, larger office in Bristol.

GS Verde Group will take over the mezzanine floor of ‘One The Square’, a Grade A office in Temple Quay, near to Temple Meads train station in the city centre.

The firm said its move reflected its "significant growth and increasing demand for its specialist services across the South West".

The new office will provide room for GS Verde’s team of legal, finance, tax, and communications specialists.

Joel Dunning, Director of GS Verde tax and accountants, and head of Bristol, said: “This move is a reflection of both our growth and the confidence the market has in our unique multi-discipline approach to dealmaking.

"We have a growing number of clients using GS Verde across the South West for accountancy and legal services, as well as for the M&A services that we provide.

"Our new office in Temple Meads provides a great location for clients to visit us, while bringing together our growing teams, across multiple disciplines.”

The expansion comes as the business continues to see rising demand for its integrated M&A, accountancy, law, and advisory services, it said.
