Warehousing specialist Humber Storage Solutions has become the latest tenant of Dianthus Business Park following a deal struck for two units.
The firm is now a permanent tenant of Units 7 and 8 at Dianthus Business Park, in Newport, which is one of East Yorkshire's largest business sites. Humber Storage Solutions now occupies 136,000 sqft of industrial space on the park, which is touted as being near to Hull, Immingham and Goole Docks as well as access to the A63.
It marks the latest move at the site which was originally built as a home for JZ Flowers in 2010, but has since expanded significantly with warehouses and industrial units and now counts tenants such as plant distributor Royal Lemkes and sandwich bread maker William Jackson Food Group. Plans. There are plans to expand the park further, including those talked about last year.

The deal with Humber Storage Solutions was coordinated by Hull-based commercial property specialist Garness Jones.
Chris Hyam, senior surveyor at the firm said Dianthus Business Park offers a location which is ‘hard to beat’ for importers and distributors. He added: "This is a fantastic location for Humber Storage Solutions and will really aid their business activities as they store and distribute products imported through the Humber Docks, which are then transported down the motorway to a facility for a major international client in West Yorkshire.
