Consultancy CWA has been appointed to carry out civil and structural engineering work on the new Adam's restaurant in Birmingham city centre.
The Michelin-starred restaurant is currently in Bennetts Hill but owners, husband and wife team Adam and Natasha Stokes, are converting space in New Oxford House in nearby Waterloo Street.
The three-floor venue is due to open early next year and will have a 35-cover restaurant, bar, kitchen, chef's table and private function room.
Birmingham-based CWA is working with Digbeth practice Heterarchy Interior Architecture which is handling the design of the new premises.
CWA director Steve Wedge said it was a privilege to be appointed to such a high profile contract.
"A Michelin-starred restaurant of this reputation and quality deserves great premises and that's exactly what this will be," he said.
