Property agency Creative Retail has been appointed to market commercial space at a new apartment block in Birmingham.
Work is nearing completion on Setl in Ludgate Hill, in the Jewellery Quarter, which will comprise 102 apartments for sale and 2,350 sq ft of ground-floor commercial space.
It is due to be finished in the spring and will also have amenities including a wellness studio, co-working lounge and a sixth-floor private roof garden.
It features two adjoining blocks at the corner with Lionel Street of six and 12 storeys respectively.
Birmingham-based Creative Retail has been appointed to market the building's commercial space, adding to around three million sq ft of space which it is currently advising on.
Director Ed Purcell said: "The Jewellery Quarter is increasingly a popular place to live and rest within Birmingham City Centre.
"The commercial retail units at Setl will increase the attractiveness of this area, with the addition of amenity lead retailers with an attractive offering complementing the residential accommodation above."
Simon Raiye, director at HBD which is developing the complex, added: "The commercial space is an important element of the scheme, adding to the amenities for residents and helping to build a community.
"We've already had a lot of interest in the space, particularly given its location close to St Paul's Square."
