A Coventry construction company has landed a brace of major contract wins - which will boost its turnover by 50% - after securing a funding package from Lloyds Bank.
Just Solutions Group provides construction, repair, maintenance, refurbishment and conversion services to local and national businesses across public and private sectors.
The business recently secured a six-figure funding package from Lloyds Bank to help fund new projects and support its rapid growth.

The funding forms part of the bank’s commitment to lend up to £2.5 billion to businesses in the Midlands this year.
Just Solutions’ new contract wins include the construction of 39 new luxury student accommodation units for Coventry University in the city centre that will be completed later this year.
The business has also secured a new contract with Walsall Council and will provide full maintenance services to the town’s leisure centre, libraries and all council owned commercial businesses.
These projects are set to boost the firm’s £2million annual turnover by 50% per cent over the next 12 months and see its workforce expand with the addition of 10 new employees.
Earlier this year, Just Solutions announced the completion of its first modular home delivered and supplied to Birmingham City Council.

The new ‘ModPods’ are high-quality houses that can be constructed in a factory in a controlled environment and can take as little as two weeks to build.
The business is looking to roll out at scale many more ModPods in the coming months, helping local authorities tackle a shortage of affordable housing in the region.
