A Birmingham property development firm is among the first tenants at one of the city’s premier office schemes.
Court Collaboration, which manages a development portfolio of properties worth £40 million, has moved from its Brindleyplace base to take up a second-floor suite at the
Anthony McCourt, director at Court Collaboration, said: “It was an easy decision for us to move into A-grade office space which is representative of the quality of space we are developing ourselves.”

The move coincides with the team’s expansion, having appointed Chris Keogh as their new business strategy and development director.
Mr Keogh, who graduated from the University of Reading with a Master’s qualification in Real Estate, will oversee the running and management of three of Court Collaboration’s biggest projects - including the £16 million redevelopment of .
Court Collaboration was founded in 2012 by Mr McCourt, who left a career in law with Wragge & Co to enter the world of property development.
Court Collaboration is also working on a £15 million redevelopment of a former department store, the George Henry Lee building in Liverpool , and the construction of golfing retreats at Astbury Hall - the 300-acre Shropshire site owned by Birmingham-born rock star, former Judas Priest guitarist K.K Downing.
