A major consultancy firm has opened a new office in Liverpool, aiming to improve the value of the city's major schemes.

Faithful+Gould, which already has offices in Manchester and Warrington, is expanding its north west operations with the opening of a new site at the Cotton Exchange in the heart of the city’s commercial district.

A leading integrated project and programme management consultancy, the firm employs thousands of staff, and is a member of the SNC-Lavalin Group.

Bosses hope the new offices will bring together experts from across the North West to support the city’s major regeneration schemes.

Ged McNicholl, Regional Director at Faithful+Gould, said: “Our new office recognises the importance of Liverpool as a thriving city which is investing in its future and its communities.

"We look forward to working with local stakeholders to improve the value of Liverpool’s major schemes, which will generate inclusive growth by attracting more people and investment into the city.”

As well as the new office news, Faithful+Gould’s increasing presence in Liverpool includes a collaboration with Agent Academy CIC to create new employment opportunities for young people across Liverpool City Region.

During the three-month project, a group of 12 young people will be challenged with finding solutions to the construction sector skills shortage and given the opportunity to meet city leaders and learn from experts in both the built environment and marketing.
