The waterfront Porth Eirias site in Colwyn Bay has secured a new tenant.
The £4m facility on the promenade opened in 2013 with Bryn Williams at Porth Eirias bistro opening two years later.
It had also been home to Colwyn Bay Watersports CIC but the firm went into liquidation last year.
Now owners Conwy County Borough Council have announced Evolution Bikes will open their doors to the public on Tuesday.
They will offer bike sales, accessories and clothing, and servicing and repair.
This will be the second site for Evolution Bikes, who are expanding their business from the current Bangor location.
Conwy’s cabinet member for Economic Development, Cllr Goronwy Edwards, said: “I’m delighted this exciting new enterprise is opening in Colwyn Bay, it’ll be an excellent addition to the leisure, health and tourism provision in the area.”
