A company which provides hygiene and waste services for 海角视频 businesses is moving to a new headquarters in north west Leicestershire.

Citron Hygiene has signed a five-year lease to make Ceva House in Ashby de la Zouch its new 海角视频 HQ, in a deal concluded by Coventry-based commercial property specialists Bromwich Hardy.

Citron has taken more than 3,000 sq ft of space on the ground floor of the Grade A office development, which sits close to junction 13 of the M42.

The company, which provides managed services such as sharps bins, sanitary waste, hand dryers, paper dispensers, facilities management and pharmaceutical waste support, has its international headquarters in Canada, and supplies and services more than 30,000 commercial premises across the 海角视频.

Chief executive Robert Guice said: 鈥淚n line with our rapid growth strategy and continued expansion, the move to a new headquarters seemed only a natural progression for the business.

鈥淥ur new home supports Citron鈥檚 ongoing recruitment drive with state-of-the-art facilities available for our staff and customers to reap the benefits as we continue to cement our position as a market leader in the washroom hygiene space.鈥

Bromwich Hardy鈥檚 Michelle Mills negotiated the deal 12 months after helping Citron Hygiene find six new sites across the 海角视频 covering more than 35,000 sq ft of space, to help meet its growth plans.

She said: 鈥淲e are delighted to have been able to find this excellent property for Citron and help play a further part in their continuing success.

鈥淭he offices are superbly equipped and well located and are ideal for Citron as the company continues to grow across the 海角视频.

鈥淭he deal was tied in with negotiating a surrender of Citron鈥檚 current warehouse in Bardon, Leicestershire, from where they are relocating their finance and corporate development team.鈥

Avison Young acted for the landlord over the deal.
