A global Japanese-Peruvian restaurant, offices used in BBC One's The Responder and a landmark shopping centre have all been involved in major North West commercial property deals in recent weeks.
The likes of Chotto Matte, Bruntwood, Greggs and x+why have announced high-profile deals and openings across the region.

Chotto Matte
Global Japanese-Peruvian restaurant is to occupy the 20,000sq ft rooftop at the St Michael’s development in Manchester.
The site will be the company's only 海角视频 venue outside of London and is due to open in the summer of 2024.

Chotto Matte, which is owned by Kurt Zdesar, has venues in Miami and Toronto and is set to open new restaurants in Doha, San Francisco and Los Angeles by the end of the year.
The Greenhouse
A Merseyside office building that featured in the BBC TV series The Responder has been let to a charity.
The Greenhouse, a 12,000 sq ft office building in Bridle Way, Bootle, will be occupied by charity Change, Grow, Live.
The property was marketed by Keppie Massie and B8RE on behalf of the building’s asset management company Prime Property Consultancy.

A flexible workspace provider has signed up to take more than 28,000 sq ft of space at 100 Embankment in Salford.

x+why has entered into an agreement with Salford City Council to let 28,622 sq ft across the ground and first floor.
This will be the company's first workspace location in the North, joining its seven other sites in London and Birmingham.
Bruntwood
Bruntwood has teamed up with Bury Council on a joint venture to buy and redevelop the town's Mill Gate shopping centre.
The property and regeneration specialist has vowed to work with the council to create a "vibrant and dynamic" mixed use development including retail, leisure, residential and office spaces across the 15-acre site.
It follows an earlier announcement in March that Bury Council was acquiring the 15-acre Mill Gate estate from owner InfraRed for an undisclosed sum.
StoreAway
A new self-storage brand is to open in 40,000 sq ft of redundant retail space in Liverpool’s former Next building.
StoreAway will open on Monday, May 2, in Liverpool ONE on St Peter’s Lane. It will be home to more than 400 lockers over four floors, as well as flexible office spaces for long or short-term use.
Managing director Richard Lanyon said: "Liverpool is the perfect place for us to launch StoreAway as it is an urban city with a very established and growing tourism sector, as well as a home to a massive yearly influx of students.
"We knew as soon as we began working on this project that we needed to have a presence in Liverpool because providing people with an accessible and cost-effective storage option would appeal to so many, visitors and residents alike."
Sci-Tech Daresbury
Two international firms have become the first companies to take residence within Sci-Tech Daresbury’s Violet development.
Australian firm Blackmagic Design and China’s Geek+ have chosen the new £17.8m development for their respective 海角视频 headquarters.
John Downes, chief executive of Langtree and Chairman of Sci-Tech Daresbury, said: "We are very excited to welcome Blackmagic Design and Geek+ to the Sci-Tech Daresbury family.
"These international companies prove that Violet has made the campus an extremely desirable location for cutting edge and scaling businesses from across the world and this expansion of our community is yet more evidence that the North West and specifically the Liverpool City Region is taking great strides in supporting the 海角视频’s progress in being a technological superpower."
Purple
Technology company Purple has taken 2,852 sq ft on the second floor of Arbeta, Northampton Road, Manchester as its new 海角视频 headquarters.
Founded in 2012 and with offices all over the world, Purple is a specialist in indoor venue intelligence and has a team of 85 working remotely across the 海角视频.
Chief executive Gavin Wheeldon said: "We chose Arbeta because the space and environment in the building reflects who we are as a business. It is modern, we love the collaboration spaces and it's really flexible.
"We have around 85 staff in the 海角视频 now and while we are remote first it's a great place for us to come together. It's close to local transport links and therefore easily accessible which is important to us."
Arbeta is owned by Manchester City Council and is operated by the same team behind The Sharp Project, Space Studios and Screen Manchester.
Circle Square
Deals have been signed to bring four new tenants to Circle Square in Manchester.
The new tenants include Japanese tea and dessert café, Tsujiri, Manchester’s newest chicken restaurant, Bird of Prey, Asian food and skincare store, Momo Cosmetics, and traditional bubble tea shop, Uncle T.
The four tenants are expected to create a further 20 jobs in the area once they are open.
Chief operating officer of Vita Group, Max Bielby said: "Circle Square is quickly becoming a thriving destination in the heart of Manchester with amazing places to live, work and eat.
"Our latest tenant signings are testament to this fantastic community which is going from strength-to-strength.
"We look forward to Bird of Prey, Tsuiri and Momo joining the other great retail and leisure Circle Square has to offer with the likes Trib3, One Home supermarket and Hello Oriental already experiencing great trade."
Hive
Two businesses have signed up to take space at the Hive, Lever Street, Manchester, as the office building is refurbished by new owner Grosvenor.
V7 Recruitment is expanding into the Hive taking 4,500 sq ft of space and Ashley James is bringing staff to the city centre from its base in Ancoats, tripling its footprint to 1,700 sq ft.
Ashley Knight, CEO, Ashley James, said: "We’re really excited to be a part of the community at The Hive on Lever Street. Our new space aligns with the ambitious growth plans we have for our Manchester team across several of our business areas.
"We’ve moved to the Northern Quarter to be closer to our candidates and clients and tripled the square footage of our previous unit in Ancoats.
"We’re experiencing unprecedented market demand for talent and as such, we’re growing the team here and have been regarded as an employer of choice in our sector, as recognised by Glassdoor.

UBC 海角视频
Serviced office operator UBC 海角视频 has acquired Thursby House in Bromborough on The Wirral from Portal Business Centres.
The two-storey building is positioned alongside the Croft Retail & Leisure Park on Croft Business Park and is already home to over 40 businesses.
UBC is headquartered in Solihull and already operates in regional locations across the 海角视频 including West Midlands, North West, South East, South West England and Greater London.
With this new acquisition the company now has eight locations.
Business First
Business First, the fully-serviced office specialist, has acquired four new premises.
The group has acquired space in Blackburn, Nelson, Rochdale and Blackpool.
Operations director Caroline Djali said: "Being able to launch Business First in four new premises is an exciting expansion for us, and they're in some key locations.
"All of our sites offer the same fantastic, friendly service and we've built real communities in the ones we already have, and aim to do the same for these new additions."
Greggs
Greggs has opened a new shop at Liverpool John Lennon Airport, creating 15 jobs.
Retail operations director Gillian Long said: "Our new Liverpool John Lennon Airport shop has brought 15 new jobs to the local area, as well as providing customers with a modern, convenient new place to experience their favourite Greggs food before taking to the skies."
Shop manager Rachel Curlett added: "We’ve got an amazing range of tasty bakes, hot drinks, sweet treats and savouries available for takeaway or click and collect."
Simon Carves
A specialist technology and engineering provider has relocated to a heritage commercial complex in Manchester.
Simon Carves, which was founded in 1878, has moved into 7,000 sq ft of commercial space in Manchester International Office Centre (MIOC).
Joaquin Flores, president of ECI Group, said: "We have invested significantly in the development of new technology, products and services, and we’ve seen a significant increase in demand recently resulting in strong organic performance.
"Simultaneously, our strategic growth plans are realistic but ambitious; we needed to find a space that can accommodate that growth. MIOC is one of those buildings that provides adaptable accommodation, alongside excellent amenity for our staff.
"One of our key targets for these next few years is to grow our Manchester-based employees and drive the business forward.

Greenwood Hargreaves
Greenwood Hargreaves, the manufacturing arm of Liverpool air-conditioning giant Everkool, has acquired new premises.
Construction work on the new 18,000 sq ft premises located on Bankhall Lane in north Liverpool, will take place over the next few months and is expected to be completed by September.
The new site will see Greenwood Hargreaves move from its current base in Bootle. The building will also be home to a new headquarters for Everkool.
Greenwood Hargreaves, managed by founder and chief executive Craig Greenwood, supplies materials to heating, ventilation and air conditioning companies including Everkool and other firms across the region.
The new building will enable the company to increase its manufacturing capacity by 300% and allow the organisation to hold a greater level of stock reserves.
