A new café has opened at a growing business and residential village in Solihull.
Brew Twenty Three has launched on Blythe Valley Park, taking a 1,000 sq ft unit in the neighbourhood centre, adding to its other venue on Cranmore Business Park in Shirley.
It was founded by Solihull-born Dayna Winter and hosts regular pop-up events including a running club as well as offering a corporate catering service.
The new café is located adjacent to a Co-op convenience store and another retail letting is set to be announced in the coming months which will mean the 8,000 sq ft space at the neighbourhood centre is fully let.
The centre has been created to enhance the amenities for the 750 new homes at Blythe Valley Park which have been delivered by Bloor Homes and Crest Nicholson and adjoin the park's commercial units.

Ms Winter said: "We're really excited to be in Blythe Valley and feel very welcomed by the community.
"Being open seven days a week provides a destination for residents and our wider customer base to enjoy at their leisure.
"The space allows for more seating than our Cranmore location inside and out as well as more space to host our seasonal bespoke events."
In addition to the retail units, the neighbourhood centre has an outdoor seating area and 48 apartments, 36 of which are rented and retained by landlord IM Properties.
It utilises renewable green technology, installed to provide power to the communal areas and there is also an electric pool car for short journeys, electric car charging points and cycle storage for up to 40 bikes.
The neighbourhood centre is managed by IM Land, part of Solihull-based developer IM Properties.
IM Land retained the residential element of Bythe Valley Park after IM Properties sold the business park to Frasers Property in 2021.
Richard Knight, º£½ÇÊÓƵ residential delivery director with IM Properties, said: "We're pleased to support Brew Twenty Three's growth and their fresh approach to a healthy, community-focused lifestyle.
"When we first started the redevelopment of Blythe Valley Park in 2017, our vision was to create a scheme that prioritises wellbeing and creates a sense of place driven by genuine community.
"The neighbourhood centre is the final piece of the puzzle and Brew Twenty Three is the perfect addition to this mix.
"It enhances the vibrancy of community life, with people living, working and enjoying leisure time in a well-connected environment that seamlessly integrates the commercial and residential elements of the park.
"As the community has expanded, so has the attraction for being based at the park."
