A children's nursery in Birmingham has been bought out by a North West group.
Edgbaston Kindergarten, in Gillott Road, has been acquired in an undisclosed deal by Lymm-based Kids Planet, expanding its existing presence in the city where it already operates five nurseries and taking its total 海角视频 portfolio up to 138.
Edgbaston Kindergarten's previous owner Anna Jacobs has exited the business as part of the buyout and now plans to retire and spend time with her family and grandchild.
She said: "Passing the responsibility of running my beloved nursery onto new owners was something that had caused me concern but Kids Planet share an ethos and a passion for quality childcare.

Law firm Setfords advised Ms Jacobs on the sale.
