EDG has appointed BNP Paribas Real Estate as letting agency for the available office suites and communal areas and individual office suites will now be upgraded.

Neil Edginton, director of EDG Property, said the deal would see the property become an even more attractive proposition for potential new tenants.

He said: "Birmingham's central business district is home to many major businesses and leading brands and we're excited to invest here as EDG grows its nationwide portfolio.

"This property's prestigious address and unrivalled views make it a rare find in today's market.

"It's a fantastic opportunity for businesses seeking high-quality, smaller office suites in a stunning building in the heart of the second city."

Julie Perks, associate director with BNP Paribas Real Estate, added: "126 Colmore Row presents an outstanding opportunity for forward-thinking businesses to establish a prestigious base in Birmingham's most desirable location.

"We are delighted to be working with EDG and genuinely believe the sympathetic refurbishment will elevate the character and charm of the property, transforming the office into a stunning, boutique style period building."
