A law firm has relocated to a new office in Bristol city centre.
Patent and trademark attorneys Stevens Hewlett & Perkins (SH&P) has agreed a let at St Bartholomew鈥檚 House on Lewins Mead. The company, which first opened an office in Bristol in 1987, was previously based at St Augustine鈥檚 Place.

The business, which serves clients across the 海角视频 and overseas, has signed up for a 10-year lease of a recently refurbished, 4,800 sq ft suite on the first floor of the building. Property consultants Alder King and CBRE acted on the deal.
Alder King office specialist Tom Dugay said: 鈥淭he professional services sector continues to be one of the most active in the city鈥檚 property market as it continues to review its office requirements to suit today鈥檚 hybrid working patterns.
