A prolific Bristol city centre building has been acquired for £2.1m.
Real estate consultancy and agency Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has complete the sale of the city's Hanover House on behalf of a private landlord.
Regen Developments purchased Hanover House for £2.1m with plans to eventually convert the upper floors of the building while retaining existing ground floor occupiers.

Hanover House is situated in the heart of the Old City and is a mixed-use development totalling 8,500 sq ft. The building is fully let to Dirty Martini, Stretto Architects, Wards Solicitors, Belltown Power and Digital Visitor.
Rengen Developments work in a variety of sectors offering a diverse range of skills for new build, refurbishment, listed buildings and national monuments.
LSH has acted on behalf of the private client for a number of years in all areas including property management, lease advisory, agency and building surveying services.
