Boutique Cardiff hotel sold off £2.15m guide price

No 10 Cardiff has been acquired the Spires

A boutique hotel close to the centre of Cardiff has  been sold after being marketed for £2.15m.

Green Duck Hotels, represented by property advisory firm Savills, has sold the No. 10 Cardiff hotel to the Spires.

The 21 bedroom hotel, located on Cathedral Road, also has a restaurant with 30 covers, bar and a function suite. 

As Prime Minister David Cameron once spent a night at the hotel.

James Greenslade, associate director in the hotels team at Savills, said; "No 10 Cardiff has built up an excellent reputation as a quality boutique hotel with an excellent food and drink offering.

"We are pleased to have secured new owners for the property for the next chapter of its life.”
