Discount retailer B&M is opening a new store in Birmingham.
The company will launch the shop on The Fort Shopping Park, in Castle Bromwich, and is set to create 60 new jobs.
It is renovating the units previously occupied by Poundworld, Clarks, New Look and part of the old Debenhams store to create a 21,479 sq ft shop which is due to open on October 14.
It will sell groceries, pet food, health and beauty products, homeware and games among other items.
The company said: "We're feeling extremely positive about the creation of more jobs for local people and we hope customers are going to be delighted with their new store.
"We are all really excited to get the doors open and welcome our new customers through the door."
