Black Country office block fully let

Landlord agrees deal with FCL Group to relocate to new town centre base

Guardian House, West Bromwich

A town centre office block in West Bromwich is now fully occupied following the latest letting.

Logistics specialist FCL Global Forwarding and FCL Health Solutions, a licensed manufacturer and wholesaler of pharmaceuticals, veterinary medicines and medical devices, have signed a five-year lease on 4,593 sq ft of space at Guardian House.

The 41,650 sq ft building is now fully let and includes law firm Clark Brookes Turner Cary, Toshiba and Sandwell Inspired Partnership Services among its occupants.

FCL Group has relocated from Hawthorns House in Halfords Lane as they were seeking modern town centre premises.

Marvin Elson, operations director at FCL Group, said: "Our move to this larger space is just one of the many exciting developments planned within the group this year as both companies continue to rapidly expand."

The tenancies were secured by property agency Bond Wolfe.

Managing partner James Mattin said: "We are delighted to have concluded this letting to the FCL Group which we previously placed in Hawthorns House.

"This deal is typical of the current trend of progressive companies like FCL wanting to be located in established town centre locations."
