Key Land Capital is expanding its service offer and has taken over management of two office buildings

Kevin Sharkey, co-founder of Key Land Capital

Birmingham-based property investment and development company Key Land Capital has launched a new management division.

Key Spaces said it would work with developers and property owners to maximise their assets and get the best possible return from their investments.

The new division has taken over the management of two large office buildings at Fazeley House, in Rocky Lane, and Block 4 of Aston Cross Business Village.

It has also partnered with commercial and residential property management system Re-Leased.

Key Spaces director Marie Livesey said: "The launch of Key Spaces is an exciting development in the growth of Key Land Capital.

"Having worked closely with developers and property owners for a number of years, our team knows what it takes to source, build and manage new property developments.

"We already have several assets under management and we have an ambitious growth strategy."
