A Birmingham city centre office block has undergone a multimillion-pound refurbishment.
Work has finished on the renovation of One Colmore Row which has created a new entrance lobby, enlarged reception space, coffee station and meeting areas.
The basement has been converted into a cycle hub with new showers, changing facilities and secure storage while vacant space on the sixth floor has undergone refurbishment.

Catella APAM, the asset manager for the building, has appointed property consultancies Knight Frank and Cushman & Wakefield as joint letting agencies.
Will Higgins, from Knight Frank's office agency team in Birmingham, said: "One Colmore Row is one of the most prominent office addresses in Birmingham's Colmore Business District and this investment brings the building bang up to date."
