A leisure hub in Birmingham city centre is fully let after a deal was agreed with a restaurant.

The Arcadian is set to welcome pan-Asian restaurant Rozu in the final remaining unit which is expected to create 20 new jobs.

Rozu is carrying out a refurbishment of the 2,746 sq ft, first-floor unit and is planning to open in September after agreeing a ten-year lease.

The restaurant will have space 80 covers and also a cocktail bar.

Landlord London and Cambridge Properties said it was the first time in "a number of years" that the night time destination had been fully occupied.

Arcadian centre manager Jo Kinsella said: "The Arcadian has long been a popular and vibrant city centre venue that has a huge range of restaurants, bars, clubs and shops and we are pleased to welcome yet another high-quality operator.

"Rozu completes what is a diverse offering here and we are confident that it complements perfectly the dining options already here."
