Birmingham city centre office blocks 'on sale for £105m'

Reports suggest Nurton Developments has appointed consultants to finder a buyer for Two Colmore Square and Cannon House in the Colmore Business District

An office and retail block in the heart of Birmingham's business district has been placed on the market with a £105 million price tag, according to reports.

Nurton Developments is seeking a buyer for Two Colmore Square and Cannon House as it reaches capacity following a run of new lettings, according to Co Star News.

The Sainsbury's, TSB and Snow & Rock among their tenants and their owner has reportedly now recruited CBRE to seek out offers.

In April, and extending its lease in Two Colmore Square by seven years while last year to tap into the work being done on HS2.

The new Metro extension runs very close to the building and it is also a short walk from Snow Hill and New Street stations, and Bullring.

Nurton Developments and CBRE declined to comment.
