Property consultancy has been appointed to provide management services at the mixed-use Pebble Mill scheme in
Owned by Calthorpe Estates, the 27-acre former BBC site is currently being transformed to deliver more than 350,000 sq ft of medical and life science facilities.

Bilfinger GVA will provide full ongoing facilities and property management services across the estate and also act as joint letting agency alongside Colliers International.

Work on the access routes in and out of the estate and the first phase of the associated public realm will be completed in September.

Construction of the final phase of the public realm, including the ecological corridor alongside the Bourn and Chad Brooks, and a tranquillity garden are due to complete by the end of this year.
