An architecture firm redesigning a seven-storey office building in Bristol city centre is moving into the property permanently.

AWW has taken studio space in the Pivot + Mark building on Baldwin Street in the city centre.

The property is being completely refurbished to create a 30,870 sq ft of Grade A office, with work expected to be finished in the final quarter of 2020.

AWW has taken 6,407 sq ft on the second floor of the building, which has a collaborative work lounge, informal meeting space and coffee bar.

The property, owned by CBRE Global Investors, also has 70 new cycle spaces and lockers, eight showers and a dedicated drying room.

Mark Alker-Stone, practice director at AWW, said: “We are delighted to have secured our new studio space in the heart of Bristol at Pivot + Mark.

“We are immensely proud to occupy space within this newly refurbished office building that our architects and interior design team have delivered.”

Property consultancy Knight Frank advised landlord CBRE Global Investors in the transaction, while AWW was represented by Carter Jonas.
