The first phase of a speculative industrial development alongside Robin Hood Doncaster Sheffield Airport will complete this week.

It is hoped up to 80 jobs will be created when occupied, with three new units in a first phase to be followed by a further two.

Located on Kestrel Court on First Avenue, they range from 13,6534 sq ft to 18,194 sq ft and have been brought forward by West Yorkshire-based Marshall CDP.

The scheme has been supported by Doncaster Metropolitan Borough Council’s economic arm, Business Doncaster, and are available for sale or let.

Knight Frank has been appointed to market the additions, with one unit already under offer.

Rebecca Schofield, head of the Yorkshire industrial team, said: “This development, finished to Marshall CDP’s high specification, has delivered accessible, high quality industrial and warehouse space in a secure, and very well-located, environment.

“We continue to see healthy demand for industrial and warehouse space across the region, despite the economic uncertainty around Covid-19.”

The units at Kestrel Court feature fitted office accommodation with loading and car parking in a landscaped business park setting.
