A commercial property specialist has agreed a deal to lease a warehouse unit to a new Nottinghamshire packaging start-up business.
Repackaging & Rebranding Foods has taken a three-year lease at the 6,133 sq ft Unit A, at Field Industrial Estate, in Kirkby-in-Ashfield, in Nottinghamshire.
The company takes in large deliveries of foodstuffs and rebrands them for different brands to ship across the º£½ÇÊÓƵ.
The deal for the Field Industrial Estate property, which was formerly occupied by Savers Supermarket, was completed by Ellis Cullen, trainee surveyor at Nottingham-based NG Chartered Surveyors.
She said: "This is a prime example of our ability to match tenants and landlords.
“The premises were previously a retail warehouse unit but with some foresight and investment from the landlord, we found the perfect tenant fit.
"It's always exciting to see a new company start out on its journey and we wish Repackaging & Rebranding Foods all the best for the future."
Stanley Berry, founder of Repackaging & Rebranding Foods, said: "Working with Ellis and the NG team was a great experience.
“They made our move into our new premises so easy - and we're already settling in and looking forward to growing from our base.”
