A Derby commercial property firm has been appointed to market the remaining offices at a stunning Derbyshire business centre.
Ednaston Park, which is located between Derby and Ashbourne, off the A52, has appointed Salloway Property Consultants to attract tenants to the property.
Formerly St Mary’s nursing home, it was purchased by property investment and development company CWC Group in September, 2017.

It has since undergone a sympathetic refurbishment to transform the building and grounds into an impressive business centre, which launched in November last year.

Ednaston Park business centre is aimed at small businesses looking to rent an office for the first time, those looking to take on staff, as well as those looking for a regional presence. Its offices range in size from 54 sq ft to 450 sq ft.
