An accountancy firm has agreed a deal to let out office space at a business park in north Bristol.

Streets Steele has secured 3,204 sq ft at the recently refurbished Almondsbury Business Centre. The agreement means the business park is now at full occupancy.

The firm, which is taking out a new lease on the refurbished first floor of Stanway House, said the deal marked a "significant milestone" in the company's growth.

Ben Steele of Streets Steele said: "Our new office space in this prestigious business park not only reflects our commitment to providing the best work environment for our team, but also signifies our dedication to being at the heart of innovation and business excellence.

"We are excited about the opportunities this location presents for our business. Being part of a fully occupied business park alongside other forward-thinking companies is a testament to the thriving business ecosystem in the area, and we are proud to be a part of it."

The move follows a significant investment by landlord Skelton Group which has triggered a number of deals at the business park, with charity Brandon Trust and law firm Kinherit signing leases at the end of last year.

Simon Keefe of Skelton Group said : “We are confident Streets Steele will flourish at the Almondsbury Business Centre. We have made significant investment at this site since acquiring it in 2017, undergoing a phased refurbishment of space as it has become available. This commitment to improving the quality and specification of the office space has reaped rewards in terms of occupier take up."

Real estate firms Hartnell Taylor Cook and Alder King acted as joint agents on the letting.
