Stunning new images have been released showing how one of Gateshead’s coolest offices will look when it is completed.

Tyne Bridge House is currently under construction right next to the Tyne Bridge on Bottle Bank and will be finished towards the end of this year, ready for firms to move in.

The £2m office development is being built by Newcastle developers Adderstone Group, which is also spearheading the transformation of former nightclub Baja Beach Club into new offices called Pipewell Studios.

Adderstone Group has appointed Knight Frank to market the 5,259 sqft Tyne Bridge House office space, which will be able to hold around 50 staff.

Interest in office hunters is expected to be high for the Grade A office space, and with over 20 million cars passing it every year, the owners of Tyne Bridge House say it will be one of Newcastle and Gateshead’s most prominent office locations, delivering a significant benefit for the occupier’s brand.

The building sits in front of the Curzon Place residential development and slightly higher up the bank from the Hilton hotel, and also has a roof terrace with panoramic views over the River Tyne and towards The Sage Gateshead.

Melanie Brown, Adderstone Group’s commercial estates manager, said: “The office will make a fantastic self-contained headquarters.

“The location is excellent and set to get even better as a result of the significant development happening on Gateshead Quays, including the £260m Arena scheme, plus it benefits from a number of outstanding bars and restaurants like Trakol at By The River Brew, just a short walk away.”
